💻 For Editors
- ● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- ● Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- ● Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
- ● Portfolio of previous editing work (YouTube, social media, etc.)
- ● Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mixing
- ● Reliable internet connection and computer setup

- ● Active YouTube channel, Twitch, or social media presence
- ● Minimum 5K subscribers/followers (flexible for quality content)
- ● Consistent content creation schedule
