5. Customer Eligibility & Responsibilities

By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized holder of the payment method used

Cryptocurrency Notice: If paying with cryptocurrency, please note that crypto transactions are irreversible. Ensure you send the correct amount to the correct address. Crypto payments are subject to the same refund policy as other payment methods, but refunds will be issued in USD equivalent value.

Billing Statement: Charges will appear on your statement as "VANISH UNLEASHED" or similar. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us at billing@vanishunleashed.com BEFORE disputing with your bank.

7. Order Confirmation & Digital Delivery

Order Process:

• Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details
• Download links are provided immediately via email
• Products are delivered electronically - no physical items are shipped
• You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address

Delivery Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product delivered instantly
• You waive any "cooling off" period that may apply to physical goods
• Once download access is provided, delivery is considered complete
• Downloading or accessing the product constitutes receipt and use

Proof of Delivery: We maintain comprehensive delivery records including email confirmations with timestamps, download access logs (IP address, date, time), order details, and customer information. These records serve as proof of delivery.

8. Refund Policy Summary

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

9. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

Contact Us First: If you have ANY issue with your purchase, you MUST contact us at billing@vanishunleashed.com before filing any dispute, chargeback, or complaint with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving all legitimate issues promptly and fairly.

Response Commitment: We will respond to all billing inquiries within 1-3 business days. We're a small team, but we prioritize customer satisfaction.

Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback for a product you received and used, without first contacting us, constitutes fraud. We will:

• Dispute all chargebacks with comprehensive evidence including proof of delivery, download logs, IP records, and terms acceptance
• Immediately revoke all product licenses associated with the account
• Permanently ban the customer from future purchases
• Report fraudulent activity to fraud prevention databases
• Reserve the right to pursue legal action for damages

10. Intellectual Property & License

Ownership: All products, content, code, and materials remain the intellectual property of Vanish Unleashed or our licensors.

License Grant: Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Use the product for personal or private server use
• Modify the product for your own use (where technically possible)
• Use the product on multiple servers you personally own/operate

Restrictions: You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share products
• Claim ownership or authorship of our products
• Use products in a way that competes with our business
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or attribution

11. Third-Party Platform Legitimacy

About FiveM & Modding Platforms: Our products are designed for use with legitimate third-party modding platforms:

• FiveM/RedM: Officially sanctioned multiplayer modification frameworks developed by Cfx.re. These platforms operate under Rockstar Games' modding policy which permits single-player modifications and dedicated multiplayer servers
• Garry's Mod: A legitimate sandbox game by Facepunch Studios that officially supports community addons
• Our scripts and resources are designed for private roleplay servers, not for exploiting or cheating in official game modes

We make no guarantees regarding continued compatibility with game or framework updates. Platform policy changes are outside our control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where our business is registered.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vanish Unleashed regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
