Vanish Video Editing ("we," "us," "our") provides professional video editing services for content creators, businesses, and individuals. Our services include:

  • YouTube video editing
  • Social media content creation (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
  • Podcast editing (audio and video)
  • Business and corporate video production
  • Motion graphics and visual effects

We are a legitimate video editing service provider. All work is performed by our professional editing team.

2. How Our Service Works

Our workflow is designed to ensure you're completely satisfied before payment:

  1. Submit Your Project: Send us your raw footage and project requirements
  2. Get a Quote: We provide a price estimate based on your project scope
  3. We Edit: Our team creates your video according to your specifications
  4. Preview with Watermark: We send you a watermarked preview so you can review the work
  5. Request Revisions: You can request changes until you're satisfied with the result
  6. Payment: Once you approve the final version, payment is collected
  7. Final Delivery: We deliver the final video without watermark in your preferred format

Payment After Satisfaction: You only pay after you've reviewed the watermarked preview and are happy with the final result. This ensures you know exactly what you're getting before any payment is made.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide all necessary footage and assets in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide
  • Provide clear instructions and feedback
  • Respond to revision requests within a reasonable timeframe
  • Not use our watermarked previews for any public or commercial purpose
  • Pay promptly once you approve the final video

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the raw footage and content you provide to us.

Final Product: Upon full payment, you own the rights to the edited video we create for you. You may use it for any purpose.

Our Work: Until payment is received, the edited video remains our property. Watermarked previews may not be used publicly.

Portfolio Rights: We may use portions of completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Delivery & Turnaround

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days depending on project complexity
  • Rush Delivery: 24-48 hours available for an additional fee
  • File Delivery: Final files delivered via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer
  • File Formats: MP4 (H.264) standard; other formats available upon request

Turnaround times begin once all footage and requirements are received.

6. Revisions

  • All projects include revision rounds as specified in your package
  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the preview
  • Major scope changes may require additional fees
  • We work with you until you're satisfied before requesting payment

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due after you approve the final watermarked preview
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • For monthly packages, payment is due at the beginning of each billing period

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your project at any time before approving the final preview at no charge. Once payment is made and final files are delivered, the project is considered complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

3. Your Files & Footage

  • Files are deleted within 30 days after project completion unless you request otherwise
  • We use encrypted file transfer services

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, which are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to complete transactions
  • Cloud storage services for file transfer
  • Legal authorities if required by law

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with our work. That's why our process is designed to ensure satisfaction:

Preview Before Payment: You receive a watermarked preview of your completed video before any payment is required. You can request revisions until you're satisfied, then pay once you approve the final result.

2. When Refunds Apply

Because you approve the final product before payment, refund situations are rare. However, refunds may be issued in these cases:

  • Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver your project within the agreed timeframe
  • Technical issues: If there's a problem with the final delivered file that we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally pay twice

3. When Refunds Do Not Apply

  • After you've approved the final preview and received the unwatermarked files
  • For change of mind after payment
  • If you fail to provide required footage or feedback
  • For monthly subscriptions after the billing period has started (you may cancel future renewals)

4. Cancellation Policy

Before Approval: You may cancel your project at any time before approving the final preview at no charge.

Monthly Packages: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund:

  2. Include your order details and reason for the refund request
  3. We'll review and respond within 2-3 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Disputes

Contact us first: If you have any issue with your order, please contact us before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Note: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed project that was approved and delivered constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in legal action to recover costs.
